MUAY THAI/KICK BOXING

Led by Head Coach, Dave Wai Moy, our Muay Thai program is a great way to get in shape, learn to fight, and have fun. We cater to all levels from first-timers to professional competitors.

This is where everyone begins their journey. Whether your goal is to get in great shape, learn self defense or be the next world champion this is where it all starts out. This class level is designed to introduce fundamental drills, basic offensive and defensive footwork, proper form of punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, as well as loads of cardio and conditioning. You’ll learn great techniques as well as blasting out rounds on the heavy bags and kick shields. This is the class where you don’t have to be a fighter to look like one.

Gear Required: 10-16 oz Boxing Gloves, Handwraps

This class has everyone training side by side! From the beginner to the seasoned vet to amateur and professional fighters. Here we’ll do various pad and bag training, technique work and partner drills, work strategy used and needed in competition or sparring and dive into clinch work. This class is great for the newer student to see what the next level is like!

STRONGMAN

Coach Andrew Rivera heads our Strongman program. A wide variety of equipment and objects is used in place of the traditional bars and weights one would normally see in powerlifting or olympic weightlifting.

Coach Andrew Rivera heads our Strength/Conditioning program. It’s a 30-minute class of non-stop, High Intensity Interval Training – a sure way to burn fat and build toward a lean body!

LITTLE KNIGHTS – KIDS’ MUAY THAI

We designed a great martial arts program for kids ages 4-16 based around the fundamental techniques of Muay Thai. In this class, your children will develop discipline, coordination, strength, and cardio while learning to work in a team environment. And most importantly – have a ton of fun.
